Back in The Villages

I flew back to Florida early early Sunday morning, thanks to my brother who was willing to take me to the airport at 3:00 in the morning.  Brutal, but I couldn't pass up the price!  This was sunrise from the plane.
Monday night, Brad and I went to Katie Belle's at Sumter Landing to see the Donna and Dunning show.  Donna, unfortunately, was ill and couldn't perform, but the Dunning half did a great job on his own.  He dressed as several different singers and performed their songs, along with funny commentary during and between songs.
Here he was Roy Orbison... Or maybe Buddy Holly.  He did both.
Willie Nelson
Billy Joel
Elton John
"Fat" Elvis
The tables were really pretty!
Tuesday we had lunch at Ay Jalisco Mexican restaurant at Spanish Springs.  We had a couple of visitors/beggars by our outdoor table.
Wednesday we golfed at one of the dozens of courses here, and several of the courses have started putting in these alternate holes.  You'd think my putting game would improve with this kind of target!
This morning we went to a line dancing class.  Boy, this gal taught the dance quickly, and then turned on the music, and we'd do the same dance to 3 or 4 songs.  We learned 3 or 4 dances, and they were all supposedly beginner dances, but some were a little tricky!  It was a good workout.  In the parking lot, I saw this great bumper sticker and thought it was cool.
Lunch today was at the Lighthouse restaurant at Sumter Landing.
Brad had the seafood roll.  Very tasty!
I had the fancy grilled cheese sandwich, which came with truffle Parmesan fries.  Soooo good!
We seem to attract the critters when we eat!
