Rutlader Outpost RV Park, Louisburg, KS

We left Holcomb this morning, with Abby and Jackson with us, to head to Kansas City for some Wyatt family Christmas fun.  We met up with Abby's parents at Ottawa so she and Jackson could spend the night there... We'll see them again at the family Christmas party tomorrow.

We are staying directly south of my mom's place, right on Metcalf Road just south of Louisburg, at Rutlader Outpost RV park.  It's a really nice place, and we are parked right near the front, close to the office, so the wifi reception is great, and we get lots of Kansas City channels through the tv antenna.

We headed out shortly after arriving and setting up, to search for BBQ, and found some in Louisburg at Timbercreek Bar and Grill.  It was pretty good... I think we'll be needing to sample some more KC barbecue before we leave, though.

My partially-eaten ribs... Really good!

Brad's almost-gone brisket.

Jackson was a lot of fun time travel with... Goofy guy loves to have his toes and legs tickled, and likes to play "hidey" with his blanket.  Trucks and trains are always exciting additions to the trip.

Demonstrating the proper way to eat strawberry wafer cookies.

One of the last nights we were in Holden, we got to go watch Jordan play basketball again.

And Jackson kept busy with his trucks.

Tomorrow the Wyatt clan will gather at Tiffany and Cody's place for gifts and food and fun,
