Friday-Saturday in Holcomb

Friday Abby had to go to inservice for the beginning of the school year.  It was Jordan's day off, so Brad and I hung out with him and Jackson.  It was a pleasantly cool day, so we were able to spend the day outside.

What a ham!

Brad smoked a couple of pork roasts for dinner.

The rest of us supervised.

Saturday was everyone's day off, so we took advantage of another cool day, and went golfing in Scott City.

We need to work on Jackson's technique a bit... And apparently get him some left-handed clubs.

Then we drove a little farther north to see Monument Rocks.

Then on the way back we stopped at Battle Canyon, just outside of Scott Lake State Park.

Pretty sure most people outside of Kansas don't even realize these kinds of land formations are here.
